   dining critics Matthias Ruul and Andy Hayler. The United States has many more as  Michelin does not

    visit/review much of the country.
- Additions & reductions represent the number of restaurants and types of cuisine that are added or served in

   other countries or reduced when non-native cuisines are used, i.e., French cuisine at most German restaurants.

- Others row includes Denmark, South Korea, Sweden, Norway, Taiwan, Germany, Belgium, Singapore,
